Cristiano Ronaldo wins the Golden Foot Award 2020
Cristano Ronaldo has won the Golden Foot 2020. He has won it for his achievements throughout career both as an individual and a team player as well as for his personality.
The award is only given to active players of at least 28 years of age, and can only be won once. Ten nominees are chosen by a panel of international journalists and the winner is selected by an online poll where anyone can vote.
The Golden Foot is the prestigious lifetime achievement award attributed every year to the greatest in the history of world football. It is now one of the few achievements Lionel Messi hasn't won.

Cristiano has won so many individual trophies throughout his career and now there's another one in the cabinet. His rival Lionel Messi hasn't won this award and so it is something Ronaldo can really be proud of. The previous winner of this award was Ronaldo's former teammate Luka Modric.
